All payments are subject to these Terms & Conditions and our separate Refund Policy.
4. Exclusive Promotions and Limited-Time Opportunities
At LearnOffice, we are committed to making high-quality learning opportunities accessible and rewarding for our customers. From time to time, we may introduce exclusive promotions, launch offers, special discounts, and customer incentives designed to provide exceptional value and help you maximise your learning experience.
These opportunities are carefully created to give customers access to our services at enhanced value for a limited period and may include introductory offers, promotional pricing, referral rewards, or other benefits.
To ensure clarity and fairness, each promotion will include specific details, including the applicable offer period, eligibility criteria, and any additional terms that apply.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be subject to availability.
Offers apply only to qualifying purchases or bookings completed during the advertised promotional period.
Promotional discounts, benefits, or rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
LearnOffice reserves the right to update, extend, pause, or withdraw a promotion. Any changes will not affect customers who have already successfully redeemed an eligible offer.
LearnOffice may refuse or withdraw promotional benefits where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
All promotions are provided in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
We encourage customers to take advantage of these limited-time opportunities when available, as promotional offers may not be repeated and availability may vary.
Full details and eligibility requirements for each promotion will always be clearly communicated before purchase, ensuring you can make an informed decision and enjoy the full value of your LearnOffice experience.
